The JL Audio TR690-TXi is a high end speaker set. It includes two "Evolution" 6"x9" 3-way coaxial speakers with a continuous power handling limit of 60 Watts. JL Audio claims the TR400-CXi speaker set will "impress all with incredible output and clarity at every volume level".
Each individual TR400-CXi speaker is made up of a high quality polypropylene cone body, and is injection-molded, mica-filled, has a flat-profile/ symmetrical-roll spider, and is surrounded with a butyl rubber surroundmaterial. It also includes a flexible mounting system with fully detachable mounting tabs. Special features include a textile dome tweeter body shape complete with an integral phase plug, neodymium magnet, and each speaker is ferrofluid cooled and damped.
